A personal narrative is a true story about the person who wrote it. "Personal" means that it is about the writer. "Narrative" means that it is a story.
Writers write personal narratives to tell about something that happened to them. They want to share how they felt about the event.
Introduction-
At the start of your narrative, it should introduce the following:

- The characters, or who else is in the story.
- The setting, or where and when the story takes place.
- The situation, or what is happening in the story.
Body-
First, plan your event sequence. Choose which events you will include. Organize them in the order they happened. Think about how you felt during each one.
Conclusion-
Next, plan the conclusion. Decide what happens at the very end. Identify any final thoughts you want to share. A conclusion gives writers a final chance to tell how they felt about what happened.
Finally, make sure to add in other features into your narrative.
